Apperance:
In terms of appearance, different models of stainless steel don’t have much difference. When both 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel undergo conventional surface treatments (such as wire drawing, mirror polishing, etc.), it’s almost impossible to tell them apart.
However, after long-term use, 304 stainless steel may show color changes and surface roughness earlier due to relatively heavier corrosion, while 316 stainless steel can maintain a better appearance for a longer period of time.
